Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home page in Pilot. It gives you a live overview of your account — sites, storage, activity, and plan usage — all in one place.
Key Features
- Stats Cards: Three summary cards show your total sites (with active count), storage used (with a progress bar against your plan limit), and requests served over the last 30 days. Plans with unlimited storage show "Unlimited" instead of a progress bar.
- Business Setup Card: New accounts see a setup progress card tracking three steps — domain, email, and payments. A progress bar and "Continue Setup" button guide you through each step. The card disappears once all three are complete.
- Usage Meters: A "Usage This Month" section shows how much of each plan allowance you've consumed — emails sent, AI credits, storage, contacts, and SMS — with color-coded progress bars and your plan name displayed as a badge.
- Usage Warning Banner: If any metric reaches 80% or more of your plan limit, a warning banner appears automatically. At 95% the alert turns red. The banner includes a direct link to Billing to manage your plan.
- Quick Access: A shortcuts panel appears based on your account type — DAM accounts see Assets Manager, AirGallery, and AirMail; CRM accounts see CRM Dashboard, AirMail, and AirForms; admin accounts see system management tools.
- Sites List: All your websites are listed with their URL, type, status, owner, and storage usage. The list supports sorting and search. Each site has actions to edit settings, open Site Admin, view details, or delete.
- Recent Activity: A timeline of your last 15 account events — emails sent, campaigns launched, file uploads, payments received, members joined, forms submitted, and more.
- Welcome Banner: After completing onboarding, a personalized welcome card appears showing your company name, active plan, and shortcuts tailored to your enabled modules. It includes a "Take a tour" link to launch an interactive guided tour of the platform. It can be dismissed once you're set up.
- Quick Actions: If you've finished onboarding but haven't created any sites yet, the Dashboard shows quick-start cards to help you get going based on your account type.
