The onboarding wizard guides you through setting up your business on Air4.media in about 2 minutes. It walks you through up to 6 steps and gets everything ready so you can start working right away.

- Step-by-step wizard: A progress bar with aviation-themed step labels (Pre-Flight, Travel Class, Boarding Pass, Your Fleet, Your Crew, Destinations) keeps you oriented throughout
- Brand setup: Upload your logo and pick a brand color to personalize your account
- Four plan options: Choose Economy (Free), Premium Economy ($29/mo), Business ($149/mo with a 14-day trial), or First Class ($249/mo) — you can always upgrade later
- Secure payment: A card is required for all plans and stored securely via Stripe. Economy users are never charged; Business starts a 14-day free trial
- Tool customization: On Business or First Class plans, choose which modules to enable — Clients, Billing, Email Marketing, Media, Website, Online Booking, AI Chat, and Client Portal
- Team invites: Invite colleagues by email with Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles during setup, or skip and do it later
- Business services: Optionally register a domain or purchase AI credits before heading to your dashboard
How to Use
- Enter your business name (required) and optionally your industry and website
- Expand Brand your business to upload a logo and choose a brand color
- Click Continue to proceed to plan selection
- Select Economy, Premium Economy, Business, or First Class — click "Learn more" on any plan to see full details
- Enter your card details and check the authorization box, then click Save & Continue (all plans require a card; Economy and Business trial users are not charged today)
- On Business or First Class plans, toggle the tools you want enabled for your account
- Optionally enter email addresses and roles to invite team members, then click Ready for Takeoff
- On the final screen, set up a domain or buy AI credits, or click Go to Dashboard to finish

Tips
- A card is required for all plans during setup, but Economy users are never charged
- Business plan starts a 14-day free trial; your card is not charged until the trial ends
- The module selection step only appears on Business and First Class plans
- You can skip team invites and domain setup — both can be done later from your dashboard
- Brand colors and logos can be updated anytime from Company Settings
- You can upgrade your plan at any time without losing data
- Admins can add additional companies to their account by running the wizard again
- A welcome email with your account summary is sent automatically after setup completes
- Domain registration and AI Credits are available during setup; Business Email, Phone, Banking, and Legal registration are coming soon
